Coordination service only
China Medical Helpdesk provides practical coordination for selected non-emergency China medical visits: route preparation, hospital-contact support, translation timing, document readiness, and visit logistics.
Not medical advice
China Medical Helpdesk is not a hospital, clinic, insurer, emergency-response provider, or licensed medical provider. We do not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, interpret reports, prescribe medication, triage emergencies, recommend doctors, or guarantee clinical outcomes.
Hospital route limits
Hospital pages, route notes, checkup pages, patient-preparation pages, and partner pages are based on public-source information and practical coordination context. They are planning routes, not endorsements, rankings, doctor referrals, or promises of appointment availability.
Sensitive materials
Do not send full medical records, passport scans, payment-card details, or insurance files through ordinary public forms or chat. If sensitive material is required later, it must use a consented and more controlled process.
Fees and external costs
Coordination fees cover the support work described on the site. Hospital charges, tests, scans, procedures, medication, translation vendors, transport, hotels, and emergency care are separate unless clearly stated in writing.
